Nominate a Peer

There is no referral program at CXOAxis. There is something older: a duty of care. The circle is only as good as its next seat, and the next seat is found by the people already at the table. Members may put forward up to three names a year.

Belonging here comes with one responsibility: choosing who belongs next.

Every nomination shapes the room you sit in.

We already receive more requests than we could ever seat. Nominations are not about growth. They are how the circle keeps its character: members choosing the peers who raise the table for everyone at it.

The circle grows slowly. On purpose.

With people who bring weight, candour, and care for the room. One seat at a time.

Your name travels with theirs.

A nomination is a quiet act of vouching. If the fit is right, your peer receives a personal invitation that carries your name. Never a form, never a pitch. Choose accordingly.

i.
You put forward a name
Two minutes. Who they are, and why them.
ii.
We look, quietly
No outreach without fit. Discretion runs both ways.
iii.
The invitation carries your name
A personal note, not a campaign. They'll know who opened the door.

Nominations are confidential. The nominee learns of it only if an invitation follows.
