Our Story

CXOAxis began inside other people's boardrooms. Years of working alongside enterprise leaders through 700+ AI transformations put us in the room for hundreds of hard decisions, and one pattern kept repeating.

The most senior person at the table was also the most alone at it. Everyone below them reported to them. Everyone beside them competed with them. Everyone across from them wanted to sell to them.

The work was world-class. The counsel was thin. That gap is where CXOAxis comes from.

The Problem

So we set one table. Fifteen leaders, one evening, no stage, no sponsor in the room, Chatham House from the first glass. Nothing to buy and no one performing.

The Circle

One table became a calendar. A calendar became chapters. Today CXOAxis counts 2,000+ members across 14 cities, with Tables over breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Forums that gather a whole tier, a peer-written Journal, and a concierge desk for the hard-to-arrange.

Membership costs nothing and cannot be bought. Every seat is conferred, one member at a time.
